Week 3 and 4 questions

1. I prefer the tabata workout because I enjoyed the repetition of each exercise. And the breaks in between each rep gave me time to get a hold of my breathing.

2. My stress levels after the exercise are much lower than prior.

3. I am motivated to stay healthy, decrease my chance of high blood pressure and diabetes (because it runs in the family), and increase my chances of weight loss. This being paired with a healthy diet.

4. I should be eating 5 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. I do think that I am getting enough because I eat fruits with every meal and vegetables with lunch and dinner.

5. The 6 nutrients are vitamins, minerals, fats, protein, water, and carbohydrates.

6. We should eat more legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole fruits.

7. We should consume less pasta, starchy vegetables, bread, and beer

8. I have actually been trying to drink less alcohol. I should also consume less bread and pasta or switch to whole grain options of those two carbs.
