workout #1 questions

  1. I think the 1 minute sets are a really good intensity because for one minute you are pushing yourself to your limit and then you move on to the next exercise and do the same thing
  2. I liked the step ups because that is the exercise that made me sweat the most and i could go a minute without completely collapsing or taking breaks
  3. I did not like the chair dips because they were the most difficult for me and my arms began to really burn. I had to take very frequent breaks for this one
  4. It was not extremely hard to fit a workout into my schedule 3 times a week nut I think that is partly because it was a pretty short. I do not think that I could fit a 2 hour workout a couple times a week and still get everything done
  5. lunges, leg curls, and deadlifts are all good exercises for the lower body
  6. Russian twists, sit ups, and crunches are all good for the abdominal muscles
  7. pull ups and the bent over row are both good upper back exercises. For the chest, bar bell bench presses and bent forward cable crossovers are excellent for strengthening.
  8. The plank, standing dumbell presses, and front raises are great exercises for the shoulder muscles.
